Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, an actor and a member of the SSC's board since 2011. She is the founder and co-artistic director for the newly established theater company Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. In her role as the Artistic Director of SSC she also served as the company's composer/music supervisor and text teacher. Although she usually led from within the actors' ensemble, during the final year of her tenure, she made her debut as a director (and lighting designer) for the SSC's King Lear. Ross, whom she wed in 1982. Post is a great actor and the perfect wife and mother has been a role model for the majority of Hollywood stars.
